2.   Click on the "Buy Now" button on the left hand side of the offer & follow the two easy steps.

3.   We will call you to confirm your order and arrange for the cash collection date & time.

4.   We will deliver your Deal Card upon receiving payment right at your door step.

5.   Go to the supplier's within the redemption period and enjoy your offer.

Why are there extra fees on the Cash On Delivery payment method?

When selecting the "Cash On Delivery" payment method, extra fees of LE10 will be added to your order's total value. Those are the "Cash On Delivery" service fees; they represent the cost of sending you a cash collector to get the cash from you.

What if I paid for a Deal Card and the deal is canceled?

If the deal is canceled, your payment will be completely refunded to you.

How can I redeem my Deal Card?

To redeem your Deal Card, follow these steps:

1.   Print out your Deal Card.

2.   Go to the supplier and start shopping.

3.   When it's time to pay, show the supplier's your Deal Card's ID & you're done.

What if I missed the Deal Card redemption date?

We advise our customers to check when the redemption date is due and make sure to use their Deal Card within the specified time period. It is the responsibility of the Deal Cardholder to make sure that they meet the deadline of the redemption date or else they wouldn't benefit from their Deal Card. If the redemption time period passes and the Deal Cards are un-used, it will become useless and no refunds or compensations will be available.

Is there a possibility the supplier may refuse to redeem my Deal Card?

There should be no problem in redeeming your Deal Card if you follow our Offer Guide. However errors are possible and that's why we provide you with a customer service line that is available if any difficulties are faced.
